Horreur et putréfaction!

(ça fait assez Halloween comme titre?)

Pourquoi un escargot? Passqueu!

A+

    1. Well, in fact it's quiet easy:
When the upper part of the hat was done, I added the rows for the brim (adding stiches in order to have the right shape).
The last row is made of reverse hdc over a thick plastic yarn (usually used with lawn mower...) then (to fix the shape) I sew the border on the "body" of the hat.
I hope this will help you (I stopped writing in english since college...)

  4. I don't know why the question was repeated so many times! Wow! Anyway, thanks for the info. The next time I try a tophat again I'll try something like that...my top hats seem to weigh more on the botton or something when I try to crochet over wire and thus the top looks kind of floppy.
